meet the founder
Hi, I’m Samara Pangilinan, a Filipino-Australian woman with a Bachelor of Design, and I’ve been designing since I was 15 years old. Starting as a volunteer designer for a family member’s charity organisation, I began my passion for design and its effect on our community. In a world where people check your social media before making a judgment on you, everyone should have access to good graphic design.

The process

We begin this journey with a call or email with our team to chat about what goals and vision you want to achieve. Once we have connected and the brief is outlined, we will send our return brief, contract and invoice for deposit to secure your account with us.

We gather further research, mood boards and inspiration better to inform our design on your target market and competitors. At this point, we will send our mood boards and/or concept sketches for your approval, so we can journey on this creative path together. Once that is achieved, begin drafting and crafting the agreed designs.

You will then get the chance to have a touch point, where you will review our work thus far. In this period, we will work together to confirm the final direction of aesthetics. Following this, we get back to work, creating your brand vision for the next set of revisions.

Item descriptionThis is our final review, crossing our t’s and dotting our i’s to ensure you are happy with our work. This revision will focus on smaller, detailed changes to the aesthetic designs. (If you request larger changes or an overhaul of the designs, another review can be added at an additional price.)

Now that we have completed the deliverable, we will prepare the final files agreed in the contract, ready for you and you’re designers to use.

Once all administration and financials have been wrapped up, the agreed-upon files will be all yours. If any further questions or inquiries are needed, our support team is just a message away.
